Abstract
This project involved the delivery of hyflex content to a group of part-time work based social care students. All students are currently employed in management roles within the social care sector and are located nationwide. Students attend a 1 year part-time add on level 8 degree in leadership & management in social care. In previous iterations of the programme, students have attended 1 evening per week during the academic semester plus eight Saturdays over the course of the year. Although students are supported by employers to attend (this is a requirement of entry), there have been significant challenges related to external pressures impacting the capacity of students to engage.
