Abstract

The School of Biological, Health and Sports Science delivers three CORU-approved programmes in Medical Science: the BSc in Medical Science (TU867), Higher Diploma in Medical Science full-time (TU888), and the Higher Diploma in Medical Science part-time (TU088). For the part-time students, the School committed to a limited number of days on campus, meaning that some lectures needed to be made available asynchronously. In the past, this meant double delivery of the lectures (one time for TU867/TU888 in-person, and one time recorded for TU088). This had obvious resource implications and meant that the student groups did not have a uniform experience.
