Cookery Books
These are cookery books produced in Ireland in the last number of years. The nucleus of this collection came from the library of the late Honor Moore, an avid writer on matters culinary and President of the Irish Food Writers Guild for many years.
Copyright law prohibits us from making the entire book available but the covers and title pages have been digitized so as to comprise a record of Irish publishing of cookery books.
If you are a publisher who would like to give us permission to make the entire book available please contact the archive manager Frances Madden frances.madden@tudublin.ie
