Abstract
This document presents insights from a SenseMaker® study conducted at Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) to gather student and staff perspectives on “Reimagining Education.” The study involved 358 participants, including students, alumni, staff, and external stakeholders, who shared their experiences and interpreted them through a series of triad questions. The findings highlight key themes such as the importance of social aspects, support systems, and learning environments. Students emphasised the value of equitable and growth-oriented learning environments, while staff focused on exposure to new ideas and creating a life worth living. The study underscores the alignment of these perspectives with the University Education Model (UEM) and stresses the need for continuous engagement with stakeholders to enhance the educational experience at TU Dublin.
