Abstract
This menu for Friday, 24 April, 1960 was kindly donated to Arrow@dit by Mr. Michael Keogh who worked as an apprentice chef in Restaurant Jammet in 1960. At that stage the Head Chef was Vincent Dowling, Dessie Cathal was the Larder Chef and Gerry Connell the Commis Chef.
