Erratum
Correction: On page 65 of this article, the date of a programme on Ulster Television about clerical child abuse (‘Suffer Little Children’, reporter Chris Moore) is incorrectly given as 22 October 1995. This was in fact the date of a follow-up programme, ‘Keeping the Faith’. ‘Suffer Little Children’ was first broadcast on 6 October 1994, when its revelations contributed to the collapse of the Irish government coalition between Fianna Fáil and Labour the following month.
