Methodology

The dataset includes 3360 synthetic heart sound recordings. These recordings have been generated by adding various noises to clean heart sound signals at varied SNR levels. Such noises include internal body, movement, ambient and coloured noise. The recordings have been annotated based on the class (normal, abnormal), signal duration, noise type, noise duration, and SNR.
