Abstract
For the 75th Anniversary of Cathal Brugha Street, the Pat Kenny Show came to the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology to speak to students and staff about life in the college, cooking and the future of food.
James Carbery spoke of the cooking involved on the 4 year Culinary Arts degree, Diarmuid Cawley spoke about the Day Release Programme where students from Industry come in for one day a week over three years to improve their cookery skills and get a qualification, Ann-Marie Dunne discusses the Bakery programmes and Anna Cruickshank tells listeners about the Masters in Food Product Development.
