Abstract
Chocolate bars for making Chocolatine/Pain au Chocolat are generally only sold to trade. With the advent of a surge in home baking during Covid-19 lockdown, many students and home bakers are venturing beyond bread making and trying pastry. This lesson demonstrates how chocolate bars for baking can be made at home, and how additional ingredients can be added to customise the chocolate bars.
