The work of theSME Management Development Research Group started with funding from the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM) of the European Commission in 2019. This funded national research on SME manager skills and practices in Ireland and the creation of a report for the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs and the National Skills Council launched in October 2020.
This site houses the report, research instruments, data and academic outputs from this original study and other scholarly outputs by the research group on SME management development.
