Abstract

Newspaper article of short interviews with the following 6 Irish chefs: Gerard Ferns (Red Bank Restaurant), Michael McManus (Gresham Hotel), Maurice O'Looney (Shelbourne Hotel), Jackie Needham (Hotel Russell), James Flahive (Airport Hotel), Peter Schultz (Kilimanjaro Restaurant). Each chef describes their favourite meal and gives details of their favourite recipe. Each interviews carries a photograph of the chef.
