Abstract

This article talks about how a menu for the state dinner given by the Taoiseach Sean Lemass and his wife in Iveagh House on June 27, 1960 signed by President Kennedy is being kept as a momento in the Russell Hotel. The Russell hotel catered both this dinner and and the official lunchone given the following day by President Kennedy to the Taoiseach in the United States Embassy.
