These are images of a photography exhibition commissioned by Galway City Council which took place in Eyre Square Shopping Centre from Thursday, 15th. of October, 2020
The photographer is Dr. Chaosheng Zhang, Director of the International Network for Environment and Health (INEH0, School of Geography, Archaeology and Irish Studies at the National University of Ireland, Galway. He has been photographing Galway since 2017.
These are stunning photographs of Galway and are made available under a Creative Commons License 4 which means they are free to use and reuse as long as they are attributed to the creator and are not for commericial purposes.
This exhibition was the first in a series of exhibitions under the Irish Government's art and culture " Getting Through Covid-19 Together" campaign.
