Good Cooking was a magazine published in Ireland from July - December, 1958. It was produced by Maura and Ian O'Casey and published from their basement flat in Fitzwilliam Place. Maura, a cookery teacher, had a passionate interest in food and her repertoire included many dishes considered exotic in the 1950s. Maura provided the recipes while Ian took care of the business side of the magazine.
