Abstract
A photo-essay titled 'How May Way Speak of Western Saraha'. The essay documents the events and activities pursued by the artist Amy Walsh 'In The Tent' at Robin Kahns exhibition The Art of Sahrawi Cooking at Documenta(13). The artist hosted a series of cooking exchanges where she would cook and share a meal with visitors at the exhibition in exchange for a conversation, or a recipe. The researcher would invite visitors to cook with her and also cook recipes that she collected from her conversations with visitors in the tent. The aim of the researcher was to explore the role of food and sharing and their relationship to place.
