This is track 14of a music cd-rom entitled "Western Wind" which was produced to mark the 125th. anniversary of the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama. Recorded at the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama, Rathmines Road, 6 June, 2014 to August, 2015.

Abstract

This beautiful trio from Mozart's Cosi fan tutte is sung by the characters Don Alfonso, Dorabell and Fiordiligi. Don Alfonso has informed the sisters that their fiancées have been called to war and as the boat with the men sails off to sea, the three wish them safe trave. Here the singers are Jennifer Davis (soprano), Kelly Lonergan (soprano) and David Howes (baritone) with Máiread Hurley on piano.
