Abstract
This paper provides Holger Rathgeber’s remarks on the subject topic from the inaugural Quality Business Leadership Summit, held on 01-May-2024 at Technological University Dublin. Specifically, Rathgeber discusses the case for change in a major pharma company, building bridges versus crusades, burning ladder experiment and engaging employees.
