Abstract
This paper provides Pat O’Mahony’s remarks on the subject topic from the inaugural Quality Business Leadership Summit, held on 01-May-2024 at Technological University Dublin. Specifically, O’Mahony discusses the importance of quality, quality in other sectors, making the link with patients, six traits of quality business leadership, observations from the day’s discussions, ‘next step’ challenge to quality leaders and building a coalition of the willing.
