Abstract
The Organisational Digital Maturity Assessment Tool helps organisations evaluate their current digital capabilities and identify priorities for improvement. The Excel-based self-assessment tool examines key areas of organisational digital maturity, including people, processes and culture; technology; and policy and governance. It provides structured assessment questions and visual reporting to help organisations understand their current maturity, consider their desired future position and identify areas requiring further development. The tool supports organisations planning their digital transformation and the implementation of information management and BIM processes, including those aligned with ISO 19650 and the Irish BIM mandate.
