Abstract

My name is Gwen and I’m a wife, mother and teacher from Gorey in Co Wexford, Ireland. In a previous life I worked in the hospitality industry and a few years ago I took on a cheese stall in our local farmers market which I’ve now passed on to another which may explain the name. Over the years my obsession with cooking has increased and I decided to start writing this blog as a way of recording my ideas and recipes as previously I never wrote anything down. I hope you get some enjoyment out what I write.
