Finbarr Smyth Menu Collection

From the personal collection of Finbarr Smyth dating from his time working in the hotel trade in London and Paris, 1948-1951. Finbarr was manager of the Yeats Country Hotel, Rosses Point, Co. Sligo at the time of his death, aged 28, in an air crash in the Isle of Wight in 1957. The menus were kept by Finbarr's sister Peggy and donated by her family after her death in 2021.
